Effective Date: March 2026 Platform Owner: Renier Cronje (known as Ren Cronje) / The Digit
Welcome to The Digit’s proprietary software ecosystem (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). This Platform includes, but is not limited to, SocialHQ, DailyHQ, Help HQ, and any subsidiaries, alternatives, amendments, additions, or like-minded software modules developed now or in the future.
By accessing, logging into, or utilizing any part of this Platform, you (the “User”, “Client”, or “Team Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
The Platform in its entirety—including but not limited to the source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), database architecture, UI/UX design, bridge protocols, workflows, and concepts—is the sole, exclusive intellectual property of Renier Cronje.
No Transfer of Ownership: Access to the Platform is provided on a temporary, software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. No ownership rights are transferred to the User.
Strict Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, duplicating, reverse-engineering, screen-scraping, decompiling, reproducing, or “white-labeling” any part of this Platform.
Anti-Theft Measures: The Platform employs active code-protection scripts. Any attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with these security measures is a direct violation of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
Renier Cronje grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Platform strictly for its intended purpose (content collaboration, task management, and communication).
Under the Fair Usage Policy, Users agree NOT to:
Use the Platform to upload, store, or transmit malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other brands’ workspaces, user data, or the administrative backend (Firebase).
Use the Platform to generate spam or unsolicited communications.
Upload excessively large media files directly to the Platform in violation of stated limits (e.g., bypassing the Google Drive protocol for massive raw video files).
We respect your privacy and handle your data with the utmost security using enterprise-grade infrastructure (Google Cloud / Firebase).
Authentication: The Platform uses Google OAuth for secure login. We do not see, store, or have access to your Google passwords. We only access your verified email address, name, and profile picture to create your workspace identity.
Client Data: Any text, captions, concepts, and media assets uploaded to the Platform by a Client remain the property of that Client. However, by uploading them, you grant the Platform the necessary permissions to host, display, and process these assets to provide the service.
Data Visibility: Workspaces are strictly siloed. Clients can only see data within their explicitly assigned Brand Workspace. Internal agency communications within DailyHQ are strictly isolated and invisible to Client accounts.
Owner Access: As the Platform Owner and system administrator, Renier Cronje and authorized admin personnel retain the right to access any workspace for the purposes of maintenance, bug fixing, technical support, and ensuring compliance with this agreement.
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and seamless functionality:
Renier Cronje / The Digit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the Platform.
We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or technical failure of the Platform. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical raw media assets.
The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, module, or component of the Platform (DailyHQ, SocialHQ, Help HQ) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions as the software evolves. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The Platform Owner retains the absolute right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any User, Client, or Team Member at any time, without prior notice, if they are found to be in breach of this agreement, particularly regarding the Intellectual Property and Fair Usage clauses.
